Comic Con Revolution coming to the Inland Empire

Comic book collectors, pop culture gurus and everything in between, sit down for this:

Comic con is coming to the Inland Empire.

Fans can meet the creators and celebrities of their favorite sci-fi, adventure series and comics at the one-day inaugural event May 13 at the Ontario Convention Center, 2000 E Convention Center Way in Ontario, Atomic Crush Events recently announced.

“We are very excited to bring an authentic comic con experience to the city of Ontario and the Inland Empire community as a whole,“ said Atomic Crush Events co-founder Mike Scigliano, in a news release.

The family-friendly event will feature a full day of programming and events, including a Cosplay Contest and a panel featuring screenwriter Doug Jung, who wrote the scripts for movies including Star Trek Beyond.

Other panels include creator & comic spotlights, cosplay panels, creating comics and children’s panels.

Exhibitors and vendors will also be on hand with movie memorabilia, toys and apparel available for purchase.

While attending comic cons can be expensive, the team behind Comic Con Revolution is bringing fans a more affordable comic con experience. Ticket pricing at $25 for adults, $15 for teens 13-17, and tickets free for children 12 and under with the purchase of an adult ticket. One adult ticket allows for up to two free children’s ticket.

But they aren’t skimping out on adding big names to the guest list.
