Holiday traditions continue in Rialto with the 10th annual Christmas benefit show Saturday at the Rialto Historical Society.
This year’s holiday musical — A Star in the Night in Rialto 1969 — will take audiences on a trip back to the 60s, reliving times in the city. Written, produced and directed by Carmen Palmer and Bob Fraley, the production hits the stage at Dec. 3 at 2 and 5 p.m. at the Rialto Historical Society Church, 205 N. Riverside Avenue.
While the event is free to attend, organizers are asking for donations of canned food items and nonperishable foods to benefit Rialto Child Assistance and the Rialto Historical Society. Monetary donations will also be accepted and will support both organizations.
