The West Valley Water District hosted its first-ever Earth Day Celebration at its location in Rialto on Saturday, Apr. 13, where hundreds from the community enjoyed free lunch courtesy of Tommy’s World Famous Hamburgers, water education, water treatment plant tours, vendor booths, free giveaways and activities for kids that included face painting, Home Depot work station, bounce houses and games.
